Terms of Service.

By playing Dash Go or Modjo Brawl, creating an account, or signing in with Google, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not play.

• You must be at least 13 years old. Modjo Brawl registration requires an explicit confirmation; the acceptance timestamp is recorded.
• Each game also ships a short in-game version of these terms (Dash Go, Modjo Brawl); this page is the canonical text.

Guest play

• Both games can be played as a guest with no registration. Guest progress lives in your browser session and on temporary server records that expire.
• In Modjo Brawl a guest can be claimed into a registered account once, by its owner. In Dash Go, guest and Google saves are kept separate and are never merged automatically.

Registered accounts (Modjo Brawl)

• Provide a valid email, a unique username, a nickname, and a strong password. Usernames are immutable after registration — choose carefully.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials and Google linkage secure, and for all activity under your account.
• Google sign-in links by verified Google subject ID, never by email alone. Linking a Google account you do not own is a violation of these Terms.

Good players make a better tomorrow. To keep matches and rankings meaningful, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with requests, forge scores or match results, or use bots, scripts, or automation.
• Abuse rate limits, probe authentication or reward endpoints, attack the service, or interfere with other players.
• Harass other players, use offensive nicknames or usernames, impersonate others, or attempt to access accounts that are not yours.
• Manipulate ranked play, reward claims, or analytics — including replaying, forging, or flooding game events.

Anti-cheat and anti-fraud checks run server-side; flagged matches, scores, and reward claims may be rejected or voided.

• Fighters, stages, avatars, titles, scores, ratings, and reward codes are virtual items with no monetary value. They are licensed to you, non-transferable, and revocable.
• Reward codes are issued at our discretion, may require verification, are redeemable once, and may be voided if obtained unfairly or if the underlying session is flagged.
• There are currently no in-game purchases. If a store is introduced later, these Terms will be updated first.

Artsmodjo owns the games, including code, art, audio, characters, stages, logos, and the Artsmodjo brand. Playing the games grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play — nothing more.

• Do not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or misrepresent the games or their assets.
• Usernames and nicknames must not infringe trademarks or other rights. We may rename or remove offending handles.

The games are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We aim for a stable arena but do not promise uninterrupted availability: maintenance, balancing updates, season resets, and ranked leaderboards may change, pause, or reset progress systems with reasonable notice in-game.

• We may suspend or delete accounts, reset progress, revoke virtual items, or block access for violations of these Terms — including cheating, abuse, underage accounts, or offensive handles.
• Deleted accounts are soft-deleted and anonymized, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You may stop playing and request deletion of your account at any time via hello@artsmodjo.biz.id.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artsmodjo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the games, including lost progress, rankings, or reward eligibility. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop playing and request account deletion.

We may update these Terms as the games evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above; continued play after the update constitutes acceptance. If a change materially affects virtual items or purchases, we will give reasonable in-game notice first.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes should first be raised with us directly so we can resolve them fairly.
