TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE & ELIGIBILITY

Playing, registering, or signing in with Google means you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old — confirmed by a required checkbox at registration.

2. ACCOUNTS

• Guest: no registration; progress expires; claimable once into your own account.
• Registered: valid email, unique immutable username, nickname, strong password. You are responsible for everything under your account.
• Google: linked by verified Google subject ID, never by email alone.

3. FAIR PLAY

Good players make a better tomorrow. No cheating, exploits, bots, forged results, endpoint abuse, harassment, impersonation, or ranked/reward manipulation. Flagged matches and claims may be voided.

4. VIRTUAL ITEMS

Fighters, stages, ratings, and reward codes have no monetary value: licensed, non-transferable, revocable. Rewards are single-use, verified, and void if obtained unfairly. No in-game purchases exist today.

5. OWNERSHIP, AVAILABILITY, SUSPENSION

Artsmodjo owns the game and its assets. The game is provided “as is” — maintenance and balance changes may occur. Violations (cheating, abuse, underage, offensive handles) can lead to suspension, resets, or deletion; deleted accounts are soft-deleted and anonymized. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law; your remedy is to stop playing and request deletion.

6. CHANGES, CONTACT & LAW
